Seller Terms

Creating a listing
You must be an adult, own or have the right to sell the item, use your own non-nude item photograph, and provide accurate condition, price and shipping information. Public photographs need approval. The seller is responsible for lawful sales, fulfillment, taxes, packaging, hygiene disclosures and promised handling times.

Platform fee
For new listings, OffHisHips keeps 8% of the final item sale price, excluding shipping. The fee rounds to the nearest cent. The rate and terms accepted at listing creation are recorded with the listing and its order. Changing the platform rate later does not rewrite the terms on an existing listing. Expected seller proceeds are item price plus shipping minus the platform fee, before postage and any applicable provider charges.

Requests and payments
Purchase requests and bids are real member actions. A request is not proof of payment. Do not ship until payment has been properly confirmed. The current request system does not collect card payments or automatically send payouts. When a payment provider is connected, its requirements and applicable charges must also be observed.

Refunds and disputes
You are responsible for your sale and for refunds or remedies required by law, your disclosed policy and the applicable payment service. Comply with the Refund & Dispute Policy and respond to buyers promptly. A seller’s liability is not transferred to the website operator by using the marketplace.

Content and conduct
Follow the Community & Content Rules and Terms of Service. No misleading descriptions, self-bidding, prohibited goods, fraud, nonconsensual media, or attempts to evade moderation or access controls.
