Who we are
This policy describes how OffHisHips and its operator handle information when you use the website. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, use Contact & support.

Information you provide
We store your account email, password hash, public username, declared age, location, bio, profile photo, and the position and orientation you choose to share. Your full birth date is used for the age declaration and is not stored. Position and orientation can reveal sensitive personal information; choose Prefer not to say if you do not want to share them. We also store gallery photos, access permissions, listings, bids, purchase requests, order records, ratings, reviews, direct and shared-chat messages, and support submissions.

Technical information
The website uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. Our hosting service may record connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and timestamps for operation and security. Rate-limit records use hashed identifiers. The website does not currently include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Fonts may be requested from Google’s font service, which receives standard connection information.

How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, display the profile details you choose to publish, show listings, route messages and requests, enforce permissions, moderate content, respond to support, prevent abuse, and maintain records. We do not sell personal information.

Visibility and sharing
Profile details, approved public photos and listings are shown to members. Shared-chat messages are visible to signed-in members. Direct messages are shown through the interface to their participants; they are not end-to-end encrypted. The operator may access information as reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse investigations or legal obligations. Private gallery photos are available through the website only to their uploader and members they approve. Revoking access stops future website access but cannot remove copies a viewer already made. Hosting and other service providers process information needed to provide their services. A payment provider, when connected, handles payment details under its own privacy policy. This website does not currently collect card numbers.

Sensitive content and security
Do not include exact home addresses, financial credentials or identity documents in public profiles or messages. We use access controls, hashed passwords and validated image uploads, but cannot guarantee that any system is completely secure or that another member will honor your privacy. Report unauthorized sharing immediately.

Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to operate the service, handle disputes, meet legal obligations or prevent abuse. Deleting an account removes its public profile and access and removes its messages and uploaded media from active use. Certain order, audit and transaction records may be retained with identifying profile details removed. Backup copies may remain until the hosting backup cycle expires. Ask the operator for account access, correction or deletion through Contact & support. Additional rights may apply where you live.

Adults only
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Age declarations are not verified identity checks. Do not create an account or upload content involving minors. If we learn that a minor’s information has been collected, we will restrict the account and address removal.

Changes
We may update this policy as features and practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and, where required, communicated to affected members.

Shops, digital files and community posts
We store shop content, favorites, community posts, comments, custom requests, paid downloadable media and payment confirmation references. Approved listing preview images may be visible to visitors without an account. The paid file remains private until a purchase is confirmed, except for its uploader and the operator’s content review. Downloadable media is reviewed by the operator before sale. Confirmed buyers may retain downloaded copies. Files needed for existing paid purchases and transaction records may be retained after a seller account is removed.

Webcam calls
Webcam calls are private invitations between signed-in chat members. A camera starts only when you choose to start or accept with a camera. The website does not record the call. Participants can make their own recordings or copies; permission controls cannot prevent this. WebRTC exchanges connection information, which can include network addresses, and may use a STUN or TURN service to connect participants. Relay services may process connection traffic. Closing the call or leaving the room stops camera sharing. Do not record or redistribute a call without everyone’s explicit consent.
